Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing QRGenius. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our QR code generation services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Refund Policy

All sales of QRGenius subscriptions are final. We do not offer refunds except as expressly stated in this policy or required by law.

Due to the digital nature of our services, we generally do not provide refunds for:

  • Subscription fees after the service has been accessed
  • Partial months of service
  • Unused portions of subscriptions
  • Change of mind or accidental purchases

2. Trial Period

We offer a 1-day trial period for €2:

  • You may cancel during the trial period without further charges
  • After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to the selected paid plan
  • Trial payments (€2) are non-refundable

3. Exceptions for Refunds

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis:

Service Non-Delivery

If our service was completely non-functional during your subscription period and we were unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame.

Duplicate Charges

If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same service.

Unauthorized Charges

If your payment method was charged without your authorization.

To request a refund under these exceptions, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge with detailed information about your issue.

4. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Log in to your account and navigate to Billing Settings
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Follow the on-screen instructions

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for early cancellation.

5. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider (chargeback):

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • You will lose access to all premium features
  • You may be prohibited from future use of our services

We reserve the right to challenge unjustified chargebacks with evidence of service delivery.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
